Ziggy's charity U.R.G.E. sponsored a Christmas party on December 21st, 2005 for the children of Glenhope Nursery in Kingston, Jamaica. Tuff Gong International Limited assembled a new basket ball hoop and play slide donated by U.R.G.E. The Robert Marley Foundation also donated a brightly decorated tree for the festivity.

U.R.G.E. (Unlimited Resources Giving Enlightenment), Ziggy Marley and The Melody Makers charitable organization, sponsored a Christmas Party Sunday, December 21, 2005 for 62 children who range in age from newborn – 10 years at the Glenhope Nursery, 88 Maxfield Avenue, Kingston, Jamaica.

Lunch was provided for the children that included sandwiches, Christmas cake and juices and was followed by play activities with newly donated equipment. Staff members of Tuff Gong International Limited assembled a new basket ball hoop and play slide donated by U.R.G.E. The Robert Marley Foundation also donated a brightly decorated tree for the festivity.

In the coming year, U.R.G.E. will also be assisting the institution with the construction of a sunroof over its play area.

U.R.G.E. is a non-profit organization that makes enduring contributions to improve the communities in which children learn, live and grow in hopes of nourishing their future.
