September 22nd officially declared ‘Marley Brothers Day’ in Queens, NY

Over the past weekend, the Marley Brothers visited Queens, NY while on their Legacy Tour celebrating their father, Bob Marley’s music and message across North America.  While they met with Queens Borough President, Donovan Richards, who has officially declared September 22nd as ‘Marley Brothers Day,’ in honor of their stop on the tour and the positive impact the Marley family has had on the diverse community of New Yorkers over the last few decades.

Richards shared the declaration with the Marley Brothers at the venue and took photos together to celebrate the special occasion with both Richards and the brothers posting about the experience on social media.

The Marley brothers continue to prove that their father’s mission of unity, love, and peace lives on. Queens is blessed to have them honored on its streets, and as the declaration says, “The blessings continue.”
